ButterNote is an AI dental scribe application that automatically generates clinical documentation from patient appointments through ambient voice recording and transcription. It converts chairside conversations into finished SOAP notes, clinical exams, and referral letters automatically. The platform processes audio on-device using Whisper AI, detects and redacts patient health information, and syncs only de-identified notes to a secure cloud dashboard for review and integration with dental practice management systems.
